As the name suggests, this is a bar with its own brewery. Vadim Lapshin (one of the pioneers of Russian craft beer) is at the helm of the brewing process and the result is 10 different craft beers on tap and about 50 bottled varieties from Russia and abroad. Nothing separates the restaurant space from the huge barrels so you almost feel as though you’re part of the brewing process. The décor is intelligent with a hint of grunge: one wall is fully stacked with books, tasteful graffiti is painted over the bar and a quote from a Joseph Brodsky poem hangs right over the entrance. The food is meat-heavy and hearty (juicy burgers, sausages, beef Stroganoff, etc.) but there are a few vegetarian options also.
