A collaboration between restaurateurs the Novikov Group and Crimean Seafood, Klevo is all about the Crimean seafood. As you enter the restaurant, an ice-packed showcase displays the many fish and shellfish on offer. Just behind this is an open kitchen where you can watch your food being prepared. Heaven for seafood lovers – everything's fresh, well-cooked, and high-quality. In a nice touch, the drinks list includes sparkling Crimean wine. The atmosphere is bright and fresh, with bold colours and a clean design imparting a little seaside sunshine. Although there's no vegetarian mains (we told you it was all about the seafood), there are some very tasty salads and vegetarian sides.
