Until recently Caucasian restaurants were about invoking the look of the caucuses as well as the taste, complete with fake foliage and costumed waiters. Nowadays the laidback comfort of a stylish armchair and an exposed brick urban vibe is more popular, just like at Dolma. That’s not to say they have neglected to fill their menu with the classics though. Dolma (stuffed vine leaves) is the obvious choice while the shashliki are also huge and come with plenty of greens on the side. The khachapuri (cheese bread) are perfect for sharing and the atmosphere is relaxed enough for enjoying a drink after your meal while your food settles.
