Brussel is a relaxed restaurant. Even the weekend's start here will be marked just by louder music or events like the beer pong tournament. The menu consists of traditional Belgian dishes such as Liege waffles, mussels or Flamand beef stew, all with unusual serving. So cheese croquettes will be served on a metal net, and chicken wings – on a "newsprint" and egg tray. Even french fries will be seen in a whole new way. The beer collection of the restaurant is impressive: these are award-winning Flemish, rare light, fruity and other kinds of beer.
At first glance, Brussel does not look crowded, although the restaurant has more than two hundred seats. The coziest place is a sofa in front of the fireplace on the second floor, and a table, overlooking the historical centre of Moscow, is the most picturesque.
