With rooms for one to five people and vile pink corridors, the facilities here are basic and clean, with a few unexpected and agreeable surprises like big ceramic stoves in the rooms. On a recent reconnaissance mission during the height of a blizzard, the place was empty with the exception of a middle-aged man making soup in the kitchen wearing nothing but a pair of large white underpants. Unexpected yes, a surprise you bet, but agreeable it most certainly wasn’t. If you do choose to sleep here and a similar situation arises, thank the lord there’s a nice big television room with soft drinks in the fridge downstairs to while away the hours in relative safety.
