Great location but if we had paid the rack rates we would have been very disappointed in our slightly tatty room. As it was the discounted rate was about right and it was the best value in the centre of town. The receptionists were certainly helpful except for one who told us there were no other rooms we could swap to despite there clearly being a rack full of keys behind her. This was after us requesting a double bed when booking and again when arriving early in the day to check-in and leave our luggage. When we finally went to our room that evening there were two single beds pushed together with the frames causing a 10cm gap between mattresses. Fair enough in a cheap hostel not in a 3 star hotel.
