On Norwood’s main drag, Grant Avenue, The Factory on Grant is a stylish courtyard complex with a small range of shops and studios selling designer gifts and items for the home such as the vintage-chic Merkati gift shop and glass-blowing studio Smelt. For breakfast or for sundowners climb the very steep staircase to the rooftop bar Crafters.

The whole centre opens until 21:00 on Thursdays for a night market.
