Polish beer has improved markedly in recent years and where once it appeared there was only a choice of mass-produced lager beers, there is now a huge choice of locally (Polish) produced light and sometimes dark beers. Gathering the best of these and mixing them with an impressive selection of foreign beers is Degustatornia found out on the edge of the old town close to the Hilton hotel. It’s worth the stroll out there though to take a tour through the beer list which includes the very drinkable Kormoran range from Olsztyn in north-western Poland.
