Although we can't guarentee you'll enjoy the tripe (the version we liked best was cooked in a light tomato sauce and lovinly served out of an earthenwear dish) as a 'tripperia', that's what put this place on the map! There are lots of other deliscious options and they all full under the category of Tuscan comfort food. Take the hint from the place's name and you'll understand that Tuscan comfort food may be a little different from what you're used to and that this is an excellent choice if you're in the mood to try something new.
