Right next to the Catholic Church situated on the central Halidon Street you will find this place that tells the stories of the Cretan customs and culture. The Folklore Museum of Chania is dedicated to the life and habits of the 18-19th-century people who lived in the region. You can see their clothes and shoes, handicrafts and furniture; you have to the chance to know more about rural life on the island. The museum also hosts a workshop where you can find replicas of some of the objects to take home as a piece of memory.
