Science Cream is an utterly unique ice cream parlour in Cardiff that claims to be the first of its kind, and we aren’t about to disagree. ‘Ice cream parlour’ isn’t entirely accurate, as this is a ‘liquid nitrogen ice cream and desserts parlour’, so expect plenty of dry ice and quality desserts. This stuff ain’t coming out of a tub, oh no.
