Wherever a Picasso Museum is located, people will flock to the location in large numbers, the Antibes location is no different. Tucked away in one of the streets of the Old Town, inside Château Grimaldi, this museum is not only where paintings by Picasso are displayed, but Picasso himself stayed here for a period of six months. When he was leaving, he gifted some of his paintings and drawings of Antibes to the town. Most of the work featured showcase his life and experiences in Antibes. The views of the Tyrrhenian Sea from this location are beautiful. Guided tours in English and French are available.
