Proudly planted in the heart of Saint Paul de Vence and overlooking the beautiful view of houses on a hill, the statue of Lucky the Horse is one of the popular and meaningful attractions in the village. The artist, Rémi Pesce, used 3000 horseshoes to create the statue, representing all 3,000 villagers that lived in Saint Paul de Vence. Remi’s studio, named after himself, is located on Chemin du Cercle.
