Due to COVID-19 restrictions, exhibitions and concerts are not taking place until further notice. However, the Cinema is still in operation.

The city's main cultural institution that organises concerts, exhibitions and film screenings, plus doing lots of behind-the-scenes work. The Orzeł Cinema was opened in 2012 and has since provided the city and the region with a schedule of independent and arthouse films, mainly Polish and European; tickets generally only cost 11-14zł.
