It's the views you are coming for here, majestic views indeed across Piata Unirii. That's if you can grab a seat by the window: there are only a few and given that the view is the whole attraction, make sure you reserve one in advance. The food is OK if a little on the pricey side, but the service is splendid and when the sun goes down and the bright lights come on Bucharest really can be a splendid sight from here. Now that's worth paying for. No terrace, alas.
