Fancy taking a masterclass from two of the finest chefs in Bucharest, and then sitting down to eat what you've just cooked? Throughout May and June, Roberto's at the Athenee Palace Hilton is offering just that. <em>Il Tavolo dello Chef</em> (The Chef’s Table) is a unique opportunity to enjoy an exclusive dinner being cooked in front of you while Roberto’s Italian Chef Marco Magri and Executive Chef Franz Conde share their secrets of authentic pura cucina italiana. The masterclasses include a welcome drink and a few moments to get acquainted with the chefs, the restaurant sommelier and with the other class participants, multiple wine tastings, and the preparation of an antipasti and a main dish (pasta or risotto), followed by a <em>tutti a tavola</em> dinner.<br /> <br /> <em>Masterclasses take place every Wednesday. Bookings can be made until the day of the class, subject to availability. A private class must have a minimum of 10 and maximum of 16 people.
