In leafy Cotroceni (not far from the JW Marriott) this is one of the best tea houses in the city, if not the entire country. A gorgeous place decorated with bags of bohemian charm it is the very definition of urban oasis. If you are looking for civilised company, peace and quiet and outstanding tea then you can't go wrong here. There's a decent range of cakes and desserts, and often a little light, live music.
