In our experience this is more a place to eat than drink, given that the food is very good (the selection of tapas especially, as well as the various cream soups), even if prices are a tad higher than elsewhere in the area. Decorated in a bright, colourful and vaguely travel-themed way there is even a selection of guide books on one of the bookshelves (including at least one written by our editor). Lovely terrace and garden in summer: easily the best on this particular street.
