Known as the Blue Church (you know, because it is blue), the Church of St. Elizabeth is a Catholic Church found in the old town. Built at the beginning of the 20th century, this Art Nouveau beaut is as architecturally impressive as the interior is splendid. It is a delight all around, but you want to know why it is blue, right? The story is somewhat disappointing, as it is simply a case of old pastel colours being replaced by this now-iconic blue. Not a single member of Eiffel 65 had anything to do with it.
