The organic restaurant of this hidden paradise may be a bit out of the way, but it's well worth the 15-minute hike from Windwardside. The friendly Dutch owners use only fresh ingredients like bell peppers, sweet potatoes, coconuts and mangos in their meals, most of which is harvested straight from their own vegetable garden and fruit trees. The small intimate setting with only five tables is like a postcard from another era when people ate outdoors by candle or lamp light. With only two starters, two desserts and three main courses, you won't have much to choose from, but what you do order is guaranteed to be fresh. Try the natural fruit juices, the home-made gnochi, the ice cream or whatever daily specials are written on the chalkboard. An all-you-can-eat vegetarian buffet is available for $15 every Thursday evening.
