One of the latest trends in the 3,000-year-old tea drinking tradition began in the early 1980s in Taiwan. Bubble tea is the cute name of this colourful drink that consists of cold black or green tea mixed with fruit and milk and a topping of your choice. Ice-blended versions are usually mixed with fruit or syrup resulting in a kind of slushy drink. The chewy tapioca balls are the finishing touch of this refreshing drink also known as pearl milk tea or Boba milk tea. This hipster place is located at BLVD at the Sea Aquarium.
