If you're new to Willemstad, we recommend you spend at least one hour on the breezy second level of this restaurant, which offers picture perfect views of the scenic harbour, its characteristic Dutch buildings and the lights of the floating Queen Emma Bridge. Unfortunately, the service, the mediocre food and the uninspired interior are hardly anything to write home about. Its main problem is consistency, as one night you'll receive a juicy steak and the next you'll get a piece of shoe leather. In any event, it's a great place for a drink or two, as the cocktails aren't bad, and if you're hungry then order something simple like the tasty fish sandwiches.
