Although most people would consider it a bad joke, there are actually hair salons out there that don't have any scissors on the premises. The only thing this place specialises in is blowouts, or in the common vernacular 'blow drying'. They call it 'the next step in hair salon evolution' and we call it a waste of money, but that's just our opinion.
