The only Orthodox Church in the city, the church of St. Wenceslas is an impressive cathedral tinged with no small amount of sadness. A memorial plaque to Bishop Gorazd stands in the entrance, the Prague bishop who was executed for hiding the two men who assassinated Reinhard Heydrich, the Nazi butcher of Prague.
