Authentic Moravian cuisine made using fresh ingredients sourced locally, Lokal U Caipla more than earns the domestic sobriquet in its moniker. Of special interest is the offer of breaded cheese as a meal, but don’t even think about dismissing such things; it is an experience all in itself. The Pilsner Urquell here is particularly crisp, and the whole thing is rounded off with some decidedly local decor.
