The Nuestra Señora de la Palma is found at the very end of one of Cádiz’s most engaging streets, a thoroughfare full of tapas bars and restaurants that will satisfy even the most ravenous hunger. The church itself provides a beautiful cherry on the top of this tasty cake, a Baroque work of art that had an important role to play in the defence of the city from the sea. There are bigger churches in the city, but few are as quaint.
