This microbrewery received a complete make-over in 2019 and its brick and stone walls, rustic wooden tables and unique lamps dangling from long cables over each table all contribute to a certain industrial ambience. Naturally, the copper vats of the brewery only add to that feeling. They brew five different beers here (a lager, pils, wheat, IPA and a stout) as well as an additional one that changes every month. The beers are tasty and solid, so it's no wonder that they've been brewing since 2007, way before the 'craft beer' revolution arrived in Switzerland. The menu, somewhat surprisingly, specialises in seasonal vegetables prepared in a refined manner with sides like mashed potatoes or chick peas. You can also enjoy meat out of the smoker including the chef's choice sandwich made with the delicious leftovers from said smoker, which was excellent and full of flavour.
