This former army hotel, found in a dreary panel block of flats, allows guests to follow their dream of finding out just what lurks inside a Polish tower block. Although some rooms have been upgraded, most follow the code of old orange curtains, gloomy paintings, and giant cabinets with tea cups carefully arranged inside. The baths are neat, modern, and clean, though the tubs are only big enough for gnomes (of which this city has plenty).
