Located just near the European Peace Cross, this private secondary school is named in Edith Stein's honour, and operated by the Church of St. Michael. Since 2010 it has featured a large, haunting mosaic on one of its exterior walls depicting Edith Stein and Jewish children on their way to the gas chambers of Auschwitz. Funded by the school and created by Bartosz Kasprzyk, to call it creepy would be an understatement.
