Located just north of the Old Town on an island between the Pomorski and University Bridges, Między Mostami ('Between Bridges') embodies its name both literally and figuratively, connecting contemporary trends in fine gastronomy to Poland's rich culinary heritage. Highly talented, award-winning head chef Łukasz Budzik has created signature a la carte and tasting menus that explore bold new tastes, textures and aesthetics with Michelin-star aspirations, while paying tribute to local ingredients and traditions. With a long bar and views both into the open kitchen and out onto the river, the interior of soft, subtle colours, naturals materials, strong geometric lines and elements of art deco creates a wonderful, warm evening dining environment. Choose from two dining concepts: the a la carte menu, served in the main dining area with a wide choice of wines, spirits and cocktails; or 'Most' - the sharing menu, served in an intimate backroom, with wine, cocktail and virgin drink pairing options. Absolutely excellent in any incarnation, we've no doubt this restaurant will soon be getting the attention of a certain French tyre company.
