As the hostel market in Wrocław has developed, Cinema now seems woefully outdated. Reception is squeezed into the corridor at the bottom of the stairs, and there certainly isn't any common room or other shared spaces that might create a social atmosphere. What are shared are the showers and toilets on each floor (even if you've paid over 100zł for a private room) and the mini-kitchens set up in the hallways. The standard is low, the wifi is slow, the rooms are small and tastelessly decorated, and on weekends the noise from nearby Pasaż Niepolda makes it tough to sleep. Ten years ago we probably wouldn't have batted an eye over this place, but given the standard of hostels today, consider this one a last resort.
