Wroclaw

Capri Ristorante Pizzeria

Found inside the Galeria Italiana complex the style here is clear and simple, with visual distractions essentially limited to the streetside views and the theatrics of other diners, which is all the better in our book as it lets us focus our limited attention on the task at hand, namely, tucking into whichever variety of pizza we've decided to go with that day - never an easy choice! In addition to the trademark Napoletana-style pizza, you can choose from an ambitious range of other Italian dishes, with the real emphasis placed on spaghetti. Luckily, the proprietors' Italian origins are unmistakable in their influence on the end product, so you really can't go wrong. Prices remain pegged at sensible levels, providing prospective diners with all the more reason to visit.

The location is only a few steps from the riverside, so you can use some of those calories you just consumed by exploring Wroclaw's own islands after your meal. While it would take a heroic amount of red wine to confuse our quaint isles with the majestic Capri, they still make for a pleasant post-meal stroll, and also don't require a flight.

The meals are terrible, we had a different dish each and they all had no taste. Had the penne baked in the oven and it had no taste, just like the rest of the dishes. Also the waitress was rude, not going there again...
