With 7 resto-breweries across Poland, Bierhalle tourist-gobbling franchise features busty farmers' daughters in faux-folk costumes bussing steins of unpasteurised site-brewed beer to patrons busy stuffing themselves on sausages, ribs, pork knuckle and other meaty feasts with fries - a veritable lads' magnet! Their unique brewing facilities consist of kettles and filter vats made of borosilicate glass, allowing for patrons to observe the entire brewing process from the outside. The seasonal outdoor seating does well to capture the spirit of the name, though the unremarkable interior is a bit like every other place you've ever spilled a beer in.You may be more remorseful to have done so here due to each ale's surprising quality and cost.
