Praga Museum of Warsaw

  ul. Targowa 50/52 ,   Praga (the East Bank)          (+48) 22 518 34 30     24 Sep 2024
Located in the oldest surviving residential buildings on Warsaw's right bank, this museum tells the story of Praga via impressively modern, interactive displays. Trace the district's chronological history in the Praga History Hall, learn about local people, industry and bazaars in the Praga Market Hall, and discovery two pre-war Jewish prayer rooms with original wall paintings, plus artistic exhibits and the Resident's Stories Archive, all in the cellars. There's even an observation terrace offering views of the neighbourhood. Worth exploring, this museum provides great preparation and motivation for going out and exploring Praga itself. For more info about events and upcoming exhibitions, log on to their website.
