A pioneer of organic farming, Luigi Faleschini has been producing quality agricultural products in harmony with nature and the environment since the late 1980s. Located in the village of Pontebba in the far northeast corner of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, some 70km north of Udine near the Austrian and Slovene borders, the Faleschini farm uses only natural products and age-old traditional methods in concert with modern innovations and technology. In 2000, an on-site workshop was constructed for the production of various canned vegetables (both sweet and sour), jams, syrups and fruit juices, which can be found under the brand Savors di Cjase (Taste of Home) - our personal favourites are the creams and sauces, the perfect ingredient for making authentic Italian bruschetta at home.
