This huge underground nuclear bunker built in the 1970s for Albania's political and military elite has been transformed into a combined museum and art space. Some 40 of the total 100-plus rooms on five sprawling levels contain exhibitions about the bunker's history, offering the first serious attempt to openly confront and openly discuss the country's silent past. The bunker entrance is reached through a long tunnel, the Porcelan city bus stops nearby.
