Mozaika75 sits on Tarnovia Hotel’s ground floor (but a separate establishment) with the restaurant and bar having been completely renovated recently. The Tarnovia carries the same air of local sophistication it's always had, however now with a fully modern interior of elegant table settings and framed classic images of Tarnów, it pays homage to the city's past rather than actually live in it. The name Mozaika75 references the mosaic, created in 1975, on the southern facade of the building, commemorating beloved son of Tarnów General Bem's stint as governor of Aleppo. The menu is a bit of a mish mash and could be described as Polish 'fusion', intermixing as it does, classic Polish staples like steak tartar and dumplings with Moroccan chickpeas and harissa. There's a full menu listing here.
