Viru Food Hall

The Viru Centre’s Food Hall is the most tasty part of this city centre shopping experience. Covering 1500 square meters, there are a total of 15 different eateries represented here.
The aim of the Viru Food Hall is to offer a rich, street food-influenced, high-quality food selection in what is arguably the heart of the Tallinn city centre, and all in a pleasant environment.
The Kolm Tilli (Three Dills) pizza and pasta restaurant brings that wood-fired, Italian pizza oven and handmade pasta tastes from Tartu to Estonia’s capital city. Mikkeller, one of the world's top five craft beer producers from Copenhagen, represents their special beer brews, and the Freya Foodbar serves up items from a menu created by Janno Lepik, a recent Michelin Young Chef award winner.
In addition to the above-mentioned locales, KÜLM, offers up the freshest, creamy farm-style ice cream, KimiJimi provides Asian street food and PokeBowl & Meze’s cuisine gives visitors the chance to taste some exotic Hawaiian flavours. Tacos, tortillas, guacamole and other delicious South/Central American cuisines can be sampled at Stereo StreetFood. Pavlova wows with delicious mouth-watering desserts, and some of the city's best coffee roasts can be found at the Papermill roastery and coffee bar, while the mouth-watering artisanal burgers are sizzling at F. Burger.
If that weren’t enough, rich and flavourful pastries loved by the Uzbek culture and Estonian’s alike are brought to you by way of the Samsa Family Bakers, a family business with a long tradition of providing quality and tasty baked goods. Any street food market wouldn’t be complete without the Asian taste sensations of MySushi and CHI. In a new twist, the iconic Airstream food truck has parked itself on the food street and become home to various pop-up restaurants - it's here that So Shellfish is the first to offer fresh seafood and oysters to those with more discerning taste buds.
Making the whole experience, even that much more of an experience - the Viru Food Street will be connected to adjoining Tammsaare Park via an elegant outdoor terrace area created in collaboration with ÖÖD Mirror House.
With so much choice, and just one stomach, the only problem will be deciding which delectable items to try. We wish all of our readers good luck and Bon Appetit!
