While wine bars have been opening up all over the place in Tallinn during the last years, Time to Wine stands out from rest, as it's the only "self-service" wine bar. What does that mean exactly? There are 22 different wines to choose from, which you can drink as much or as little of, as you like. It all gets registered on a chip card whenver you pour a glass. They also offer over 10 different champagnes and sparkling wines by the glass, and if that's not enough, you can pick out any of the store's 390 different wines and start enjoying them on-site, while paying a mere €7 "corkage fee". Is it wine time yet?
