This turn-of-the-century villa located on the edge of the beautiful Kadriorg park offers up a chance for some peace and quiet. The rooms are on the small side but very comfortable and certainly full of colour. Home-made breakfast is served by friendly staff and the parking, unlike elsewhere in Tallinn, is free.
