Located just under an hours drive from Tallinn towards St Petersburg, Lahemaa (Land of Bays) is Estonia’s largest and oldest National Park. Besides its overwhelming natural beauty, virgin forests, rugged coastlines, beaches, bogs and a wealth of wildlife - Lahemaa also offers some great historical attractions from fantastically restored manor houses such as Vihula, Sagadi and Palmse to quaint historic fishing villages such as Altja.
