Situated in the vibrant Noblessner harbor complex, Kai Art Center stands as a dynamic hub of cultural expression in Tallinn. This nonprofit contemporary art institution, housed in a former submarine factory, offers a captivating blend of contemporary art, immersive cultural activities, and acclaimed architectural design. Within its expansive 450m² exhibition hall, visitors can immerse themselves in thought-provoking large-scale art exhibitions, complemented by a diverse range of engaging audience programs. Kai Art Center also features Northern Tallinn's exclusive cinema, operated by Sõprus Cinema, a unique art bookstore, a co-working space, and a research residency, making it a central pillar of Tallinn's cultural scene.

Current and upcoming exhibitions:
October 05 - February 16, 2025: 9th Tallinn Applied Art Triennial 'The Fine Lines of Constructiveness'. The exhibition features artists from the Baltic and Nordic countries, representing fields of applied art and contemporary craft, including a variety of techniques and materials.
