Kino Światowid is part of the arthouse network in Katowice, and one of the oldest, with a lifespan stretching back to the 1940s in its current architectural form (although a cinema was located here previously, the Colosseum, which went back to 1909!). The cinema contains two screens totalling 224 spaces (including 2 seats for people with disabilities) in the main hall and 29 in the small theatre. Visit their website for information on all the latest events and screenings. The ticket office opens 30 mins before the 1st screening of the day.

With a Kaśka customer card, for which you have to pay 35zł, you can buy tickets on Mondays for 13zł!
