Frano Missia is a multitalented artist originating from Split whose work consists of an opus of interesting graphics, sketches for theatre scenographics, a series of female figurines in terracotta and many more beautiful paintings. In honour of this year’s hundredth anniversary of his birth, the City Museum of Split will put together a retrospective exhibition with over 80 pieces of his life’s work. The exhibition will testify to a large time span of his artistic creativity and versatility and will be open to visitors from September 10 – November 3.
