Photography as a medium has changed so much over the past few years that it's almost unrecognisable. It's gone from being an accurate rendering of reality to an uncanny depiction of someone's imagination. Computer Generated Images, Photoshop, and post-production editing are just examples of how photographs can elude us, "painting" a picture that might not have really existed in the first place. A collection of various works by 7 young artists, this exhibit pushes the limits of photography. By presenting works that employ digital manipulations, various artistic processes in post-production, and other creative experiments, the exhibit and its work offer an examination of the medium as we know it today, rooted in what it once was.
