Łysa Góra Ski Slope

  ul. Herberta 9, Sopot      (+48) 501 35 96 98     18 Nov 2024
Whilst the Pomeranian region is not known for its mountains, this is one of the few slopes around that gives northern Poles and tourists an opportunity for ski recreation. Translating as 'Bald Mountain' in English (cue the Mussorgsky score), the altitude at the top is only 110m above sea level and the ski-tow to get there is merely 286m, so set your expectations accordingly. While it's hardly hardcore, this centrally-located slope is perfect for beginners and families, and there's even a separate 32m sledding hill. Floodlights keep the fun going until late, and there's a restaurant at the foot of the slope, as well as ski/snowboard rental. If there's no snow they aren't open, so check their Facebook page if you're uncertain.

Hi Stephanie. At the moment the slope is still closed as the snow hasn't arrived yet. The temperature is predicted to drop next weekend which might see the snow machines brought out. https://tvnmeteo.tvn24.pl/pogoda/gdansk,7478/dlugoterminowa,1/
