The KAISER Patisserie confectionery workshop claims to be the most modern facility of this type in Poland. The technology in place at the heart of the facility (covering about 800 m2 we've been told) is nothing short of impressive, allowing for the swift production of sweet monoparticles, chocolate, pralines, artisan ice cream or the occasional cake.
