One of Sibiu’s better restaurants, this place offers a decent dining experience in a modernist setting. The food is modern European with a local twist: the goulash is outstanding while the baked trout was expertly cooked and came stuffed with peas: rather inventive for these parts. Terrific wines too, not least those on the Lacerta label from the Dealul Mare vineyards. The pizza was a little bit disappointing, but that was the only fault we could find.
