Housed in the Casa Artelor, for centuries Sibiu's main meat market, this is a rather small museum which hardly warrants the small entrance fee (more if you want to take any photos). Named after a local collector whose stash of Saxon folk art formed the basis of the museum, there are some colourful exhibits but we recommend saving yourself the five lei and heading directly for the museum's amazing shop on the ground floor. It is packed with fine folk art - all of which is for sale - including pottery from most of the region's finest potteries.
