With a show-stopping location on the roof of the Civitas Sacra Museum, Galbiani could be forgiven for thinking that the job was done. Not these guys though, and there is a commitment to quality here that shines through the menu and makes the views an accompaniment rather than the main event. Fish and meat dominate that menu, and the staff are pretty darn good at combining the food with the perfect wine.
